Global hospitality group Accor will operate its first hotel in Zimbabwe, under its Mantis Collection brand.
The company partnered with Mambano Hotels for the hotel which is a luxury property an ancient teak forest.
Opened in 2020, the property is planned to be rebranded under the Mantis Collection in June this year. The new Mbano Manor Hotel Victoria Falls by Mantis is a boutique hotel surrounded by a bird and tree sanctuary.
It is claimed to be the first internationally branded hotel in the Victoria Falls area in over a decade.
The hotel will offer an eco-luxury experience to guests and will include 18 luxury suites and a presidential villa.
