McNair Interests has selected Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to manage a new hotel in Uptown District of Houston, Texas.
This will be the second hotel for Rosewood in Texas and the ninth in the US. It is expected to open by 2023.
To consist of 150 rooms, the hotel will be situated in a mixed-use and high-rise development, led by McNair Interests and managed by the Patrinely Group.
Besides the hotel, the six-acre location will feature 80 luxury homes atop the hotel, multi-family residences, retail and office space.
The hotel will have two dining venues – a full-service restaurant and an outdoor pool bar to provide an urban dining experience.
It will also feature Sense, a Rosewood Spa, as well as an outdoor pool and fitness centre. Besides, the hotel will offer events spaces for private gatherings, conferences and special events.
