International luxury hotel company Omni Hotels & Resorts has commenced construction on Omni Oklahoma City Hotel at 100 West Oklahoma City Blvd. with an investment of $241m.
Slated to open in early 2021, the hotel is being developed through a public-private partnership with the city.

The 17-storey hotel will feature 605 guest rooms including 29 suites, a pool deck with event space, retail, 78,000ft2 of indoor and outdoor meeting space and a Mokara Spa.
The new facility will also comprise seven dining outlets including Bob’s Steak & Chop House, lobby bar, sports bar, coffee shop, walk-up burger bar, an all-day dining outlet, as well as a poolside bar and grill.
Omni Hotels has roped in Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio as architect, Brasfield & Gorrie as general contractor, and Bill Rooney Studio as interior designer.
