Third-party operator Spire Hospitality has been selected to manage DoubleTree by Hilton brand hotel in Anaheim, Orange County, California, US.
The selection follows the acquisition of the hotel by real estate investment firm AWH Partners and funds managed by Apollo Global Management’s subsidiary.
The companies did not reveal financial details of the transaction.
AWH Partners co-founder and managing partner Russell Flicker said: “This acquisition, which took almost 12 months from agreement to closing and included assuming existing debt, required discipline and focus through much of the pandemic.”
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim – Orange County has 461 guestrooms, a fitness centre, and a business centre.
Additionally, the property has 31,982ft2 of indoor and outdoor event space across two floors and 20 meeting rooms in total, as well as an outdoor pool, and a tennis court.

In January this year, the 298-room DoubleTree by Hilton Washington, D.C. North/Gaithersburg completed a renovation programme.
