Marriott International has announced the expansion of Four Points by Sheraton brand in Saudi Arabia with the opening of a new hotel.
The new Four Points hotel is located on South Obhur in the new Jeddah Corniche. It is just 12 minutes away from King Abdulaziz International Airport.
It is also near to King Abdullah Sport City Stadium. The hotel is owned by Al Murjan Group Holding.
Al-Murjan Holding CEO Tawfiq Bahamdein said: “The launch of this hotel comes as the first project in a bundle of ambitious projects that Al-Murjan Holding is aiming to launch in the next ten years.
“We aspire to boost the private sector’s contribution to the local economy by creating job opportunities and harnessing our capabilities to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom’s vision 2030.”
Designed to cater to the needs of business and leisure travellers, the property offers 301 rooms occupying 17 floors, including 113 suites, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, 24-hour room service, and free Wi-Fi.

Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah Corniche boasts over 570m2 of flexible meeting space including eight fully equipped meeting rooms.
The property also offers a health club, a swimming pool, as well as Concierge Service and airport transfers.
