Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has revealed plans to open its all-new property in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, US in June this year.
The property’s architecture, hotel and guest room interiors are designed by Smallwood, and design firm AvroKO was responsible for styling restaurant interiors and pool deck bar.
Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis will feature 222 rooms and suites, all offering views of Mississippi River and skyline.
The hotel will boast more than 16,500ft2 of event spaces, which includes a grand ballroom with outdoor terrace, a second ballroom and numbers of meeting rooms.
Other guest amenities include a new urban spa sanctuary with bespoke treatments, a fully equipped indoor fitness centre with movement studio and an indoor pool.
In addition, an open kitchen restaurant has been developed at the hotel in partnership with local Chef Gavin Kaysen. lt will also feature Chef Gavin’s grab-and-go or sit-and-savour café catering up fresh brewed coffee.

Located at the top of the pedestrian Nicollet Mall, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is 20 minutes from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and is walking distance from the Mississippi River.
Four Seasons currently operates a network of 122 hotels and resorts in 47 countries.
Last month, Melbourne property developer Beulah signed agreement to bring Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to the Australian city.
