The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 10.32% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 15.7% share in the company’s total hiring activity in April 2022, and recorded a 0.67% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops The Walt Disney IT hiring in April 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by The Walt Disney, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 74.32% in April 2022, and a 34.36% drop over March 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 12.84% in April 2022, and registered growth of 22.22%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 4.67% in April 2022, a 47.83% drop from March 2022.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 0.39% and a month-on-month flat growth.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s travel & tourism industry IT hiring activity with a 78.6% share in April 2022, a 26.01% decline over March 2022. India featured next with a 9.34% share, down 53.85% over the previous month. China recorded a 6.61% share, a decline of 5.56% compared with March 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 56.81%, down by 30.14% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 25.68% share, a decline of 40.54% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 17.12% share, down 12% over March 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.39%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
