Accor group’s midscale hotel brand Novotel has entered into a management agreement for Asia’s first Novotel Living property in Singapore.
The 85-room Novotel Living Singapore Orchard is rebranded from 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences Singapore.
In January this year, Accor started white label operations of the property with the name, 8 on Claymore Singapore managed by Accor, followed by soft overhaul of all rooms and public areas.
The property features a fully revamped relay lobby on the first floor, a Clubhouse, a pool with cabanas and a gym.
It offers executive studios to two- and three-bedroom apartments, each featuring living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, and in-room laundry facilities.
Accor Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea CEO Garth Simmons said: “Singapore is a strategic destination in Southeast Asia and a sought-after stopover for all types of travellers from around the globe.
