UK-based Yotel is planning to open its new hotel in Clerkenwell, central London by late next year.
Once completed, the 212-cabin hotel, developed by Medina Investments, will be Yotel’s third property in the UK.
The hotel, which is currently under construction, will feature adjustable SmartBed, monsoon rain shower, techno-wall features, which include mood lighting and entertainment options, with smart TVs.
In addition, the hotel will include other facilities such as a gym, bar, an independently operated dining outlet and Yotel’s Club Lounge concept, which will offer flexible meeting and co-working spaces, and free WiFi connectivity.
Yotel CEO Hubert Viriot said: “We are more than ready to bring the YOTEL city-centre concept home.
“Since the opening of our flagship in New York, we have been looking for the right opportunity and we finally found it in Clerkenwell.
