IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with SRDF Ventures to develop a new Crowne Plaza Resort in the Indian city of Pushkar.
Pushkar is an important tourism destination in the state of Rajasthan and is known for its cultural fairs and religious festivities.

This new-built resort will feature 125 rooms and is expected to be operational by early 2026.
For IHG, there are two hotels operating in the state and two are under development.
Situated on the outskirts of Pushkar, Crowne Plaza Resort Pushkar will be linked to NH8 highway, which passes through Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur.
It is also located within a few hours of driving distance from Jaipur and Delhi NCR.

Furthermore, the hotel will have around 7,500ft2 of meeting and banqueting facilities.
It will also feature a resort centre for indoor activities and games.
