Marriott International is set to open Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista, its first Delta property in the US, in December 2015.
The new property will operate under a franchise agreement with JHM Hotels.
Delta Hotels & Resorts Canada Operations area-vice president Paul Cahill said: "We are thrilled to work with JHM Hotels as we continue to integrate the Delta Hotels and Resorts brand into the Marriott family.
The 241-room Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista features a resort-style swimming pool with a splash zone and pirate ship.
The resort will also offer a fitness centre, complimentary Wi-Fi, restaurant and bar, and onsite parking.
JHM Hotels president DJ Rama said: "The Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista offers a guest experience unique to the market."

By GlobalDataAccording to Marriott, the new resort will offer transportation to and from local attractions, including all Disney theme parks. The property is to be a member of the Disney Good Neighbor Hotel programme.
Marriott acquired the Delta Hotels and Resorts brand in April for around C$168m ($135m).
The Delta brand includes 38 hotels and 10,000 rooms in around 30 Canadian cities.
