Thailand-based hotel owner Minor Hotels is set to expand its Tivoli Hotels & Resorts brand in the Middle East region with the debut of its property in Muscat, Oman.

The Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences will commence development later this year and the property will be located in La Vie, Muscat Hills, a mixed-use community located ten minutes away from the Muscat International Airport.

The community will feature an 80-room hotel and 100 branded residences and will overlook the relaunched 18-hole golf course, managed by Troon Golf.

Apart from the various accommodation options, the new hotel will feature a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, a ballroom and four meeting rooms.

The property will further offer several dining options including a rooftop bar, restaurant, a café, sports bar, lobby lounge café, and an all-day dining restaurant.

The Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences and mixed-use project La Vie is developed by Oman Real Estate Investment Services LLC (ORIS). ORIS is a division of Oman International Development and Investment Company SAOG (OMINVEST).
