The Incline Lodge, a mountain-inspired boutique hotel in Incline Village, Nevada, will debut later this year following a renovation and will now begin accepting reservations with availability from as early as July 1, 2023.
This 38-room hotel claims to be the first boutique hotel property in Incline Village.

The Incline Lodge, formerly known as The Parkside Inn, had undergone significant renovations featuring a modern mountain style, custom-designed finishes, improved acoustical treatments and AC in each room.
In addition, the property will feature three amenity spaces: a new 1,000ft² lobby with beverages and grab-and-go dining, a downstairs concierge lounge with a capacity to hold up to 39 people and an indoor heated pool.
The Incline Lodge owners Natasha and Ali Warner said: “The vision for The Incline Lodge is to create a place of inspiration where people can create lifelong memories in one of the most beautiful places and one of the best communities in the world.”
Located near The Hyatt Regency Hotel on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, the property is also close to several popular attractions including the East Shore Trail, Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose Ski Resorts, Hidden Beach, Sand Harbour, Incline Village’s Championship Golf Course and hiking and biking trails.
