Canadian hotel brand Coast Hotels has adopted hospitality technology partner Shiji Group’s online reputation-management platform to provide an improved experience to guests.
The Shiji ReviewPro platform has been incorporated across 16 Coast Hotels properties and eight restaurants in North America.
It enables the hotel brand to provide improved service to guests. The technology provides insights into guest feedback and helps the hotel team to respond to customer reviews in real time, which will lead to enhanced guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Coast Hotels revenue strategies and communication vice-president Brigitte Diem-Guy said: “We are excited to partner with Shiji and leverage their expertise in guest feedback management to drive guest satisfaction and build our brand.
“Shiji ReviewPro allows us to understand our performance and guest satisfaction levels across our properties, even before the guest arrives, to ensure we are providing the best possible experience.”
The company plans to implement the platform across multiple additional properties by the end of this year.
