Manager and marketer of hotels and resorts in Australia, Mantra Group, is expanding its portfolio with the opening of 50th hotel in Queensland.
Mantra Midtown Apartments is a 143-room full serviced apartment hotel located on Charlotte Street.
Since opening in 2012, the hotel operated as an independent hotel prior to rebranding as Mantra.
It offers fresh, contemporary style studios and apartments and facilities including outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area; boardroom for 14 people; and the on-site 127 Bar & Bistro.
Mantra’s Brisbane hotel network now totals seven properties, having added four hotels in the Brisbane CBD in the last six months.
Mantra Group CEO Bob East said: "We’ve emerged from a period where Brisbane had an under supply of hotels which has now been rectified. We are confident that the demand in Brisbane will continue to grow over the next five years sparked by post G20 interest and we are in a great position to offer the most comprehensive mid-range accommodation for the city."
