Global hospitality company Pan Pacific Hotels Group has opened two new hotels in the district of Shinjuku in Tokyo, Japan.
The first one is a Pan Pacific Hotel, Bellustar Tokyo and the second is a PARKROYAL Hotel property, Hotel Groove Shinjuku.
Bellustar Tokyo property is located on the upper floors of Japan’s 48-storey hotel and entertainment complex Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, which was designed by Yuko Nagayama and Associates.
The luxury hotel includes a total of 97 rooms featuring floor-to-ceiling windows.
Each room ranges from 41m² to 277m², including 113m² to 277m² ultra-luxurious one-bedroom penthouse suites on the building’s 45th to 47th floors.
The hotel includes five such penthouse suites, a separate spa treatment room, a kitchen, a jacuzzi and a restaurant and spa named Sunya.

Another penthouse exclusive amenity is Penthouse Lounge on the 46th floor, which can serve as a private meetings and gatherings space.
On the other hand, Hotel Groove Shinjuku comprises 538 rooms and is located on the 18th to 38th floors of the tower.
It includes a dining and bar space ‘JAM17’ on the 17th floor, which also has a rooftop terrace offering a giant live screen and live entertainment for the visitors.
