Saudi Arabia-based hotel operation and management company Mirada Group has utilised Hotelogix’s multi-property management system to digitise its businesses.
Hospitalitynet reported that deployment of the system called the Mobile Hotel PMS app will help Mirada Group to centrally control its group operations.
It will also enable the hospitality group to receive round-the-clock updates on the status of their hotels from across the globe.
As part of the deployment, Mirada Group has integrated the Hotelogix app with their preferred channel manager. The integration allows the company to comply with different government-prescribed platforms such as the National Tourism Monitoring Platform as well as Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
Mirada Group CEO Raid Abdullah said: “We migrated to the cloud with Hotelogix multi-property management system as the previous on-premises solution did not allow us to manage all properties centrally, compromising our ability to gain control over our business.
“Additionally, it could not integrate with a channel manager and didn’t help us comply with government regulations.”
