Radisson Hotel Group has opened Radisson Hotel Sonamarg in Jammu and Kashmir, India, further expanding its presence in South Asia as it represents the seventh operational hotel of the group in the region.
Located amid snow-capped mountains, lakes and emerald valleys, Radisson Hotel Sonamarg features 58 rooms and suites with multiple categories, including deluxe rooms, junior suites and executive suites that offer surrounding mountains and valleys views.
The rooms are also equipped with individual climate control options along with other amenities.
Guests can also enjoy food at the hotel’s on-site, family-friendly Riwayat restaurant.
The new hotel also has ample parking space and is said to be easy to reach from Mandi Bus Station and Srinagar International Airport by road.
It is also situated near many adventure activities, such as rock climbing, sledging, Himalayan treks, skiing and snowmobiling, as well as near several tourist attractions, including Tabletop Trek, Zojila Pass, Thajiwas Glacier, Baltal Valley and Sarbal.
