Hospitality major Hilton has opened the DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center in Abilene, Texas.
Located across the street from the convention centre in downtown Abilene, the new hotel features 200 guest rooms including a presidential suite and four executive suites.

The presidential suite includes a six-person dining area, a full and half bath, a wine fridge and a king-sized bed overlooking the city.
The hotel also has a 24-hour fitness centre, outdoor pool, more than 23,000ft² of meeting space with an 11,600ft² ballroom, which can accommodate over 1,300 guests.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center is situated across the street from the Abilene Convention Center and is surrounded by museums, bars, boutiques, libraries and restaurants.
The property is located in close proximity to the Grace Museum, Abilene Zoo, the Adamson-Spaulding Storybook Garden and the Antique Station.
