Independent hospitality management company Crestline Hotels and Resorts has been appointed to manage the Hyatt Place Keystone in Colorado, the US.
Owned by an affiliate of Dallas-based Realty Capital Partners, the contemporary hotel is situated at the heart of Arapahoe Basin, adjacent to Keystone Resort.
The Hyatt Place Keystone features 103 rooms, along with 17 suites that include a private bedroom and two bathrooms.
It also boasts three conference rooms totalling 2,187ft² of event space, as well as 2,252ft² of outdoor patio space.
The property houses the Breakfast Bar to offer guests complimentary breakfast and the Placery to offer guests nutritious dining choices.
The hotel also includes a 24/7 Espresso Bar, outdoor hot tubs and a gym.
