Hospitality group Hilton has debuted its Hilton Garden Inn brand in the Dominican Republic, with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn La Romana.
Located on the Caribbean coast, the new hotel features 130 guest rooms with private balconies overlooking the Catalina Island and the Caribbean Sea.
It also offers a range of onsite dining options at the Garden Grill restaurant along with drinks and snacks at the Garden Bar.
The Hilton Garden Inn La Romana also includes an outdoor bar, an infinity pool, an oceanfront 24-hour fitness centre as well as a 24-hour grab-and-go retail outlet called the Shop.
It also boasts 9,000ft² of meeting and event space, with up to 400 people capacity, including an outdoor oceanside terrace for up to 250 attendees along with a ballroom.
The hotel is approximately 50 miles from Punta Cana International Airport, four miles from La Romana Cruise Terminal and less than nine miles from La Romana International Airport.
