The Oneida Indian Nation has unveiled the details of a $370m investment for the expansion of the Turning Stone Resort Casino in the US state of New York.
Expected to commence early next year, the two-year expansion project includes the construction of a new hotel, conference centre, onsite medical centre and many other facilities.
For this project, Oneida Indian Nation roped in architecture and design company Gensler. The new hotel, the Crescent, will feature 258 rooms, including 23 one and two-bedroom suites, along with a lobby with lounge seating, a VIP lounge and a café.
It will also include Salt Seafood and Raw Bar – a new fine dining outlet.
The project will also see the transformation of the existing lodging at Turning Stone.
It will also double Turning Stone’s existing conference space with the addition of eight new meeting rooms, two new ballrooms, an outdoor courtyard with three new event spaces, along with 2,000 parking spaces.
