Hotel owner-operator MCR has acquired two hotels in the prime submarkets of Phoenix, Arizona, a move that takes its total number of hotels in the Grand Canyon state to nine.
The two properties acquired are the Hampton Inn by Hilton Phoenix-Biltmore and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Scottsdale – Old Town.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located in Old Town Scottsdale and features 169 pet-friendly suites.
It is within a mile and a half of Fashion Square Mall, nearby Scottsdale Stadium and also close to local shops, restaurants, art galleries, museums and historic sites.
It features an outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness centre, a business centre, a meeting room and offers complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi and free hot breakfast.
Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore is located off Camelback Road and roughly half a mile from the Biltmore Fashion Park, a hub for shopping, dining and nightlife.
