Hotel chain Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties in the Indian states of Himachal Pradesh and Odisha, according to BQ Prime.

These signings come following the recent opening of the 45-room Lemon Tree Hotel at Rajkot in the Indian state of Gujarat, as reported by ETHospitalityWorld.com. This is Lemon Tree’s first property in Rajkot and its sixth in Gujarat.

Commenting on the signings, Lemon Tree Hotels president Vikramjit Singh said: “We are pleased to partner with M/S Birendra Hotels & Banquets Pvt. for our signing in Bhubaneswar and with Atithivan Hospitality Pvt. for our signing in Kasauli.

“The two additions under two diverse models align with our asset-light policy. These would expand our offerings in different parts of the country to cater to a variety of travellers in different destinations.”

The hotel in Odisha’s capital city of Bhubaneswar will become operational by the fourth quarter (Q4) of the fiscal year (FY) 2025.

This 60-room hotel will be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels’ wholly-owned subsidiary and management arm, Carnation Hotels.
