South Florida’s Pompano Beach is set to welcome a new luxury residential development, the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach.

This collaboration between Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, in partnership with Hilton, marks the Waldorf Astoria brand’s debut in purely residential concepts and its official entrance into Broward County.

Situated on a two-acre oceanfront site, the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach will consist of 92 residential units, embodying the renowned elegance and exclusivity of the Waldorf Astoria brand.

The project offers world-class design by Nichols in collaboration with KORA, BAMO and Enea Landscape Architecture.

It also features a host of amenities inspired by the world of hospitality, including a beachfront cafe with room service, resident lounge, pool, jacuzzi, cabanas with poolside dining, wellness facilities and two dozen boat slips.
