The Fives Hotels & Residences has announced plans to open an adults-only boutique hotel, The Beachfront by The Fives Hotels in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

The Fives Hotels & Residences is a subsidiary of Spanish private real estate developer TM Real Estate Group.

Situated on a private beach of Xcalacoco, the property is set to open in spring 2024.

It will house 50 beachfront and ocean-view rooms, which will offer views of the Mexican Caribbean.
