The company expects to expand to the north and northeastern regions of India, adding 200 rooms and taking its portfolio of rooms to a total of 1,500 keys over the following three years.

According to Kumar, the company will fund the additions through internal accrual and debt.

This investment is expected to help the company reach 15% annual growth in the hospitality sector in the next two to three years.

Currently, the company has roughly 1,120 employees in its hospitality segment and the addition of the three hotels is expected to bring the total workforce to 1,800.
