The Clarks Hotels & Resorts has further expanded its portfolio with the signing of 18 new properties this year, as reported by ETHospitality.
These new additions align with the brand’s growth plan across India and beyond.
These properties include a range of Clarks sub-brands, such as The Clarks, Clarks Exotica, Villas & Suites by The Clarks, Clarks Inn Suites and Clarks Residences, among others.
Situated in locations such as Kandy in Sri Lanka, Port Blair, Rishikesh, Kufri, Hyderabad, Kolar, Bhopal and more places in India, these properties are claimed to provide an array of choices to guests.
In nine months this year, the brand claims to have added approximately 1,000 keys to its portfolio.
The Clarks Hotels & Resorts also aims to enter Eastern Europe and the Middle East, with upcoming ventures in the Netherlands and Dubai, the UAE.

“In the past 15 years, we have witnessed remarkable growth and we are now poised to achieve our goal of having over 150 hotels by 2023, with an average key size of 50 rooms or more.”
The Clarks Hotels & Resorts currently has over 100 hotels in 95 countries across four countries.
