Sarovar Hotels and Resorts has opened new upscale hotel Golden Tulip Bhopal in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, as reported by Hotelier India.
This property is the 11th Golden Tulip Hotel in the Indian subcontinent.
Situated in the southern part of Bhopal, the hotel is located under 3km from Bhopal Junction Railway Station & ISBT and 15km from Raja Bhoj Airport.
The Golden Tulip hotel, which has been opened in partnership with Kwality Group, features 62 guest rooms, which consist of rooms segmented into Superior, Deluxe and Executive types.
It also has an all-day dining restaurant called Tulipe, which offers authentic Indian, European and Pan-Asian cuisines and a banquet and conferencing space called Summit that can host about 100 guests.
Besides sporting contemporary aesthetics, the hotel is claimed to have the Golden Tulip brand’s ‘playful, cool and timeless spirit’ with an aim to meet the demands of young modern travellers.

This latest opening comes after Sarovar Hotels opened Citadel Sarovar Portico, in the Indian city of Bengaluru, in July.
