Omni Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Groups360 for the extension of GroupSync Instant Booking services across all Omni Hotels properties in the US and Canada.
This extension allows event organisers to reserve group guest rooms online through GroupSync, simplifying the request for a proposal-based group booking process.

Instant Booking further enables group travel organisers and planners to book from ten to 25 guest rooms online without needing to contact the hotel directly, the company said.
The new streamlined process is expected to enhance efficiency through automation and real-time access to group rates and room availability for both planners and Omni’s sales teams.
