Hospitality group Accor has unveiled a new extended stay concept under the Novotel brand in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy property is expected to cater to travellers looking for a “home away from home”, regardless of the duration of their stay.
It has 207 studios and suites with separate living areas targeting families, leisure travellers, and corporate guests.
It also includes Mexican restaurant El Santos, communal spaces, a free-form swimming pool, a fitness centre and a kid’s club called Playtopia.
The property is located on Sukhumvit Soi 29 offering access to transportation hubs, including Asok and Phrom Phong BTS Sky Train Stations, and Sukhumvit MRT Station.
It is also within proximity to local urban culture, Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, shopping complexes and a forest park.

Novotel currently has over 530 sites across more than 60 countries.
Before this development, Accor expanded its partnership with Singapore-based hotel operator Worldwide Hotels Group to launch Mercure Hotel in Singapore.
At present, Accor has more than 5,500 properties spanning more than 110 countries.
