Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG) has implemented Silverware’s GuestX ordering and payments solution to enhance the digital dining experience across its lifestyle properties in the US.
The GuestX digital platform is completely integrated into the Silverware POS system and has been specifically designed for hotels and resorts.
It is now in use at the Grand Reserve at The Meritage, The Meritage Resort and Spa, Paséa Hotel and Spa, Hotel Viata, and Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort.
The solution extends across various operations, including in-room dining, beachfront, poolside, golf course, and banquets.
It enables guests to place orders and make payments seamlessly through their mobile phones.
In addition, it supports multiple payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards.

By GlobalDataThe GuestX platform is customisable, allowing properties to match their restaurant’s branding and provide a consistent experience for guests.
It serves as a solution for addressing challenges related to labour shortages or rising labour costs, helping operators maximise revenues and profits.
PHG IT analyst and project manager JB Crawford said: “Silverware’s mission has always been to set PHG up for success. They do that by developing flexible software, building strong integration partnerships, and providing unrivalled customer service.
“One thing that management relies on is Silverware’s ability to post to multiple PMS systems across our portfolio. For large, multi-PMS campuses, this is groundbreaking. Having multiple credit-card gateway integrations keeps our business competitive with the various credit-card processors.”
Last year, PHG unveiled the PHG Evergreen Fund in advance of the Lodging Conference, a premier event in the hotel sector.
PHG looks to initially raise $250m in commitments to seed the fund.
