Hospitality technology provider Shiji has announced that the deployment of its Infrasys Cloud POS has significantly improved operational efficiency at Travel Charme Strandhotel Bansin, a German holiday destination.
Priding itself on its family-friendly atmosphere and diverse food and beverage offerings, the hotel sought a solution to streamline its complex operations.
Detailing the operational challenges of managing a hotel with 100 rooms, two restaurants, a bistro, and a bar, alongside hosting live concerts and events, Travel Charme Strandhotel Bansin general manager Greg Smlatic emphasised the necessity for a system that would enable them to focus more on guest engagement rather than navigating through a complicated system.
After a thorough evaluation, Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS was selected for its ability to meet the hotel’s needs.
The implementation of this system has led to a marked improvement in the hotel’s F&B service operations.
The reliability of Infrasys has facilitated swift menu updates and efficient order processing, as well as eliminated the need for frequent system restarts, ensuring continuous service to guests.
