Leisure hospitality brand Sterling Holiday Resorts has unveiled Sterling Athirappilly, a new upscale retreat in Kerala, India, marking the company’s eighth property in the state.
The resort is located on the banks of the Chalakudy River, within 1km of the Athirappilly waterfalls.
Sterling Athirappilly comprises a 1,000ft² conference room, well-equipped rooms and open-plan studio-style suites, each providing views of the river and the lush Western Ghats.
It also includes the Indulge Suite, which features a jacuzzi, and a two-bedroom Presidential Suite with a waterfall-view balcony.
The resort has a gourmet restaurant and a rooftop infinity pool, which offers panoramic views of the waterfalls and surrounding greenery.
Furthermore, guests can unwind at The Hornbill, a library lounge with a collection of literature on the local ecosystem.
