Radisson Hotel Group has revealed plans to debut in Cambodia, with the signing of two new properties in Phnom Penh.
The Radisson RED Phnom Penh and the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Phnom Penh are scheduled to open by the first quarter of 2026.
Both properties will be developed by developer Prince Real Estate Group.
Radisson Hotel Group Asia Pacific chief development officer Ramzy Fenianos said: “This is a key emerging market with vast potential for business and leisure travel, so this dual-branded development will add considerable value to our company’s rapidly expanding portfolio in South-East Asia.”
Prince Real Estate Group CEO Edward Lee said: “We are delighted to partner with Radisson Hotel Group and to harness their global expertise for this exciting project, which will contribute to the future of Phnom Penh.”
The Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Phnom Penh will offer 250 keys, 160 guestrooms and serviced apartments, as well as 90 branded residences.

By GlobalDataThese residences will range from 40m² Deluxe Studio Residences to 210m² three-bedroom Residences, all with views of the skyline and river.
The Radisson RED Hotel Phnom Penh will feature 200 keys with a range of room options and be designed to cater to business and leisure guests.
Both properties will share facilities such as a restaurant, lounge, co-working space, event venues, a reading lounge, spa, pool and gym.
These hotels will be situated within Prince Happiness Plaza, a mixed-use development, offering access to retail, dining, and commercial spaces.
They will also be near BKK1, and close to the new Phnom Penh International Airport, which is set to complete in 2025.
Last week, Radisson Hotel Group announced the inauguration of the Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit, marking its debut in the African safari hospitality realm.
