The Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) has integrated the RobosizeME automation solution to transform hotel operations and enhance guest experiences within the GHA network.
RobosizeME, an automation solution, allows hotels to prioritise guest satisfaction by streamlining mundane tasks, according to a press release of RobosizeME posted on HospitalityNet.
Global Hotel Alliance COO Folker Heim said: “The adoption of RobosizeMe Automation has been a game-changer in how we manage our profile suspensions, with the bot successfully processing 30% of all profile suspensions in our Opera Customer Information System without human intervention.
“This strategic move has not only streamlined our operations and profile flow in our systems but has also allowed our 20 full-time employees to concentrate their efforts on the areas that need human intervention for processing, freeing a considerable amount of time for crucial guest-facing services and to reinforce our dedication to delivering exceptional service to our GHA DISCOVERY members.”
The solution frees hotel staff from time-consuming, non-guest-centric tasks and enhances the quality of service.
GHA stated that the adoption of RobosizeME has resulted in financial savings, with a return on investment (ROI) of 3,400%.
