Cheval Collection, a UK hospitality company specialising in serviced apartments, has entered a management agreement to add a new property called Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai.
It will repurpose The Leadership Pavilion in Expo City Dubai.
The property is scheduled for reopening last year.
This management agreement follows the opening of Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai in April 2023, marking the group’s first venture outside the UK.
Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai will be one of the group’s most extensive sites, featuring 150 studios and one to two-bedroom units and will retain its two existing royal suites.
The property, which previously hosted world leaders during Expo 2020 Dubai and the COP28 climate conference, will undergo extensive renovations before reopening.
