Jeddah Historic District has restored and regenerated three historic properties in the Al Balad town, a UNESCO heritage site on the west coast of Saudi Arabia, into luxury hotels.
Jeddah Historic District is a programme leading the regeneration of the town, under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture.
The newly launched hotels are House of Jokhdar, Kedwan, and Al Rayess.
The House of Jokhdar features nine rooms and suites, including the Royal and Dar Neem suites. Its exclusive roof terrace provides guests with views of the historic centre.
Beit Al Rayess has six suites and rooms, high ceilings and a design that bridges traditional and modern elements. The boutique hotel’s amenities ensure guests experience both the authenticity of the past and the comforts of the present.
Beit Kedwan, a property that combines traditional Arabian design with modern comfort, offers two guestrooms and can be hired entirely. It features multiple living spaces and an exclusive rooftop terrace.
