Jurny, a vertical AI solutions provider for the hospitality sector, has launched the AI Multi-Agent system to handle specific tasks such as concierge services and guest communications.
The new system features a network of purpose-built AI agents capable of making autonomous decisions.
The AI Multi-Agent system by Jurny comprises several specialised agents including a local concierge agent, a guest communications agent, a quality assurance agent, a reporting agent and an upsell agent, among others.
These agents are designed to communicate and interact with each other, enabling them to perform complex tasks collaboratively.
When a property manager or guest encounters a query or issue, the AI agents will ‘consult’ one another to provide a swift and well-informed response.
Jurny’s system is underpinned by a vertically integrated, centralised data platform that contrasts with the fragmented legacy systems.

By GlobalDataThe company claimed that the launch of the AI Multi-Agent system not only bolsters its role in advancing AI applications within the hospitality sector but also signals its potential influence across various industries.
Jurny CEO Luca Zambello said: “Our AI Multi-Agent technology marks a turning point for the hospitality industry. It signals a seismic shift, transforming our interaction with technology and property management, and opening up new possibilities that we didn’t have before.
“This initiative extends far beyond hospitality. It establishes the foundation for a surge in AI innovation across countless sectors. Start-ups creating the infrastructure to harness the full capabilities of next-generation AI will emerge as the biggest winners in the next five years.”
Earlier this month, Jurny initiated a new crowdfunding campaign on StartEngine, offering private individuals and customers an opportunity to invest in the company alongside venture capitalists. This follows a successful fundraising round last year, where Jurny raised $3m (£2.36m) from nearly 1,000 individual investors.
