French hospitality brand Emeraude Hotels has announced a strategic partnership with Mews, a hospitality cloud platform, to upgrade the technology across its portfolio.
This collaboration comes as Emeraude Hotels celebrates nearly three decades in the industry and follows a recent rebranding initiative.
The partnership aims to leverage Mews’ advanced tech solutions to enhance guest and staff experiences.
Emeraude Hotels, with a network of ten hotels in Paris and two in Brittany, has selected Mews to power its operations and facilitate a more flexible and innovative approach to property management systems (PMS).
This move is expected to provide Emeraude with access to over a thousand cutting-edge hospitality solutions, from business intelligence to reputation management.
Emeraude Hotels director of revenue strategy Aurore Poupard said, “As hoteliers driven by innovation, we have to keep evolving our mindsets, procedures and tools. We know from experience that technology significantly improves guest and staff experience. We chose Mews because they’re always improving and help us stay on top of current guest needs and future trends.”

Mews’ open API and Mews Marketplace enable seamless integration with a plethora of hospitality solutions, offering a more agile and user-friendly platform.

The transition to Mews was facilitated by comprehensive training through Mews University and follow-up sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
