Hotel management company Rotana has unveiled expansion plans, targeting entry into five new countries by 2026.
This announcement was made during the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), a travel and tourism event in Dubai, UAE, during 6-9 May.
The company has already launched three new properties this year.
These are Dar Rayhaan by Rotana in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia; Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana in Doha, Qatar; and Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana in Istanbul, Türkiye.
In the UK, the company is set to introduce its first two properties under the affordable hotel and serviced apartment brand, Centro.
Centro New Malden and Centro Kingston are expected to open this year, contributing to a broader agreement to develop up to 1,500 keys across the Greater London region.

By GlobalDataAdditionally, the company will debut in Georgia with the 600-key Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa, Gonio, which will launch in 2026.
It also plans to launch nine new properties in Saudi Arabia over the next four years, bringing its total key count in the country to more than 4,400.
The Saudi portfolio expansion features three properties in Al Baha, the upcoming Al Manakha Rotana in Madinah, and four Edge by Rotana properties and a Rayhaan by Rotana property in Riyadh.
The Onyx Arjaan by Rotana is also scheduled to open in Manama, Bahrain, later this month.
In the UAE, the Bloom Arjaan by Rotana on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island, with 217 serviced hotel apartments, is set to open this year.
This is alongside Mangrove Rotana in Ras Al Khaimah, which will offer 240 keys, conference facilities, and various dining options.
The company’s entry into the Algerian market is planned for the third quarter of 2024 with the Azure Rotana Thalasso & Resort.
The company has also announced a new 150-key Arjaan Hotel Apartments in Dakar, Senegal, and signed a management agreement for a five-star resort in Benin, West Africa.
In Egypt, the company is preparing to launch the Luxor Rotana and Palma Bay Rotana Resort, as well as two new hotel projects in Cairo.
This includes the White Palace Rotana, a five-star hotel with 353 keys and dining options.
The company currently operates 76 hotels across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Türkiye, serving more than six million guests annually.
The company’s pipeline spans 10,420 keys across six brands, with 40 international hotels and seven new properties in the UAE alone.
