Accor Greater China has confirmed the signing of a new development project to introduce its Pullman and Novotel hospitality brands in Tai’erzhuang, Shandong, China.
This project is being undertaken in collaboration with Shandong Tai’erzhuang Ancient Town State-owned Capital Investment and Operation.
Pullman Tai’erzhuang will feature 120 guest rooms and a 1,400m² ballroom for events, concerts and conferences.
Located at the centre of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Tai’erzhuang is not only a significant tourist destination but also an emerging economic and commercial hub in Shandong.
With its growing infrastructure, industrial parks, and commercial centres, the town is poised for further growth, Accor added.
Novotel Tai’erzhuang will offer 200 guest rooms tailored for both family as well as business travellers.

Both Pullman and Novotel brands currently operate over 50 hotels across Greater China and are on track to double their portfolios in the coming years.
Accor recently opened its 700th hotel, the Sofitel Shanghai North Bund, in Greater China.
The company’s plans now include launching nearly 100 hotels across the region this year and the signing of more than 150 new development projects.
