Sabre Hospitality, a division of Sabre, has unveiled SynXis Concierge.AI, a solution that uses generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technology to enhance customer service in the hotel industry.
This technology will be demonstrated at the upcoming HITEC Charlotte event in the US from 24-27 June 2024.
SynXis Concierge.AI marks Sabre Hospitality’s foray into the GenAI realm.
By tapping into Sabre’s data resources, Concierge.AI will help deliver immediate, detailed, and precise responses to customer inquiries, stated the travel technology company.
This is said to ensure that the quality of service is no longer solely reliant on the knowledge of support agents.
Currently, SynXis Concierge.AI is being employed by Sabre’s Customer Care and Delivery (CCD) team to elevate the level of customer service provided.
