Indian budget hotel chain OYO has unveiled the Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa, marking its debut luxury hotel in Dubai, UAE.

This move is part of OYO’s ongoing efforts to enhance its presence in premium properties globally, including the Middle East.

The company currently has more than 700 properties in the UAE, including 200 in Dubai alone.

Situated in the Al Jaddaf area, the new property offers accommodations ranging from 377ft² to 592ft².

It also offers an array of amenities such as a gym, bar, free Wi-Fi, and more.

The hotel further intends to introduce tailored packages featuring authentic Indian cuisine, traditional hospitality, and assistance with travel and sightseeing for Indian guests.

OYO Middle East business head Nitin Gupta said: “The combination of rising affluence, the perception of Dubai as a luxury destination, and the desire for exclusive experiences among Indian tourists is expected to drive the demand for premium hotels in Dubai.

“We have been seeing a surge in the number of Indian tourists asking for luxury accommodation in the region. OYO plans to meet the requirements of tourists visiting Dubai through this initiative.”

Earlier this year, The Hindu BusinessLine reported that OYO will open 400 new properties in India’s spiritual destinations, including Amritsar, Ayodhya, Char Dham, and Haridwar.

The company was recently also in the news for its entry into the country’s sports hospitality space, having already shortlisted 100 hotels across 12 cities to support large sports events.
