Lark Hotels has joined forces with ancillary revenue solutions provider Plusgrade to enhance guest experiences across its US boutique properties.

This collaboration will see the integration of Plusgrade’s upselling solutions into Lark Hotels’ property management systems.

It is expected to unlock new revenue streams and deliver personalised experiences for guests.

Lark Hotels revenue management VP Nikola Jasprica said: “Our partnership with Plusgrade emphasises our commitment to innovation and guest-centric hospitality.

The partnership will provide Lark Hotels access to Plusgrade’s suite of hospitality solutions.
