CSN Developers has signed a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to launch an upper midscale hotel in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
The Wyndham Garden Jamshedpur, Adityapur, which is currently in an advanced construction phase, is slated to open by February 2025.
The upcoming hotel, which marks the second Wyndham hotel in the city, will feature approximately 55 rooms.
It will provide a range of amenities, including an all-day dining and bar lounge, meeting rooms, a business centre, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool.
The property is expected to generate more than 75 job opportunities, benefiting the local economy.
CSN Developers director Dhirendra Prasad said: “We are pleased to join hands with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company to bring the ‘Wyndham Grand’ brand to Jamshedpur.”

This comes following the inauguration of the Dolce by Wyndham Versailles-Domaine du Montcel, a new luxury hotel on the outskirts of Paris, France, last month.
The resort offers 178 rooms, two restaurants, a terrace bar, and a spa and wellness centre, among others.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has approximately 9,200 hotels and 872,000 rooms across more than 95 countries.
