The adoption of the ROH payments and revenue management platform is said to improve the collaboration between the hotel’s sales and finance teams, translating into better client experience.

ROH CEO and founder Jess Conroy said: “In the fast-paced hospitality industry, where properties manually manage hundreds, even thousands, of bookings that each has differing payment schedules, properties are facing unnecessary risk due to ageing AR [accounts receivables].
