Located at 4811 W Main Street, the hotel is within three miles of Tampa International Airport and two miles of the Raymond James Stadium.

LBA Hospitality president Beau Benton stated that the company will assume management of the property on behalf of 3H Group.

The pet-friendly hotel offers 124 guest rooms, complimentary daily breakfast, an on-site bar, and various dining options.

It also offers event spaces for both business and social gatherings, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool, among others.
