O’Callaghan Family Group has announced the acquisition of The Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge, Ireland, which will now be part of The iNUA Collection.
This comes after the company announced its plans to acquire the hotel last month.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Situated within ten acres of landscaped grounds, The Keadeen Hotel first opened in 1970.
Cliste Hospitality will manage the 69-bedroom hotel, adding it to its portfolio of other iNUA Collection properties such as Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, Ariel House, and more.
The latest addition marks the third joint venture between the O’Callaghan family and Cliste Hospitality, following their collaboration for The Fairways Hotel and The Gateway Hotel in Dundalk, County Louth.
