LivAway Suites, in partnership with real estate investment company West77 Partners, has initiated the construction of a new extended-stay hotel in Vineyard in Utah, US.

This establishment, which features a total of 126 keys, represents the third LivAway Suites location within the state.

It is being developed as part of the hotel brand’s strategy to enhance the extended-stay experience for guests.

Originating from Salt Lake City, Utah, LivAway Suites said its business model prioritises developer interests, ensuring that each hotel achieves a balance between satisfying guest needs and delivering owner profitability.

According to LivAway Suites, the Vineyard site was selected to meet the anticipated demand from travelling nurses, construction workers, as well as visitors associated with Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University.

Strategically located within the Provo, Utah MSA, the new property will provide affordable accommodation while delivering amenities tailored to long-term stays.

This project is part of a broader expansion for LivAway Suites, marking the ninth hotel to commence construction in the last 15 months.

In addition, the brand has plans to construct more than 50 hotels across distinct locations in the US by the end of 2026.

West77 Partners and LivAway Suites CEO Mike Nielson said: “Vineyard becoming our third location in Utah is a significant milestone in the growth of LivAway Suites.

“With Utah being our home court, the goal is to start our loyal following in Utah and expand it across the nation. Our mission is to offer everything our guests need and nothing they don’t, so they can focus on their work or travel without any distractions.”

The recent opening of a LivAway Suites property in West Jordan, Utah, and forthcoming locations in Nashville and Montana later this year, are indicative of the brand’s rapid growth trajectory.

In March, LivAway Suites began construction on its new hotel in Renton, the brand’s second property in Washington.
